How do you decide which law firm is right for you?  We approach each client's needs holistically.  Most of our estate planning products are flat rate, which means you never get billed for taking the time to talk to us.  We have spent time doing our homework on elder care professionals so you do not have to.  We work with a network of elder care professionals to help you meet all of your goals, not just your legal ones.  If you have a questions about your journey, we know professionals who can help you, and we will refer you to them without any additional cost to you (or profit to us).  For example, do you need a company that specializes in installation of ramps?  We know one.  Do you need to know what home health aide agencies accept Medicaid?  We know. 

Like elder planning, Medicaid Planning is targeted specifically towards the goal of being able to one day obtain Medicaid coverage for senior care, typically so that a senior may be eligible for home health aides, assisted living, or nursing homes through Medicaid, at no personal cost.
